Results

The Doctor's office closes at 12:30 on Friday's, so Travis went and picked up the results from the Hospital and read them himself...

As far as we can tell, things are looking pretty good! The spot on his rib grew a tiny bit, but it seems everything else is the same. If the Doctor says something different on Monday, I will update the blog.

Thanks again for thinking of us, praying for us, and being there for us. It's humbling to have so many people looking out for you.

Hi Haylee,
I don't know you, but found your blog. I'm writing as a long-time patient with mrcc (papillary). Two things about your husband's case caught my attention: first that he was so young to be diagnosed (as was I), and secondly that he had had the rcc appear in the second kidney (called bilateral disease). Both of these factors would point towards a hereditary form of the disease. Has this been discussed? I know that NIH Bethesda is very interested in following such cases and would offer advice/second opinions. If you are interested, I could give you the information. My email is debmaskens@kidneycancercanada.ca

All the best to you both.
Deb
